Dr R. Radman is the founder and CEO of RAM&MER Pty. Ltd., a private family company headquartered in Australia. With a doctorate from Monash University and a background in molecular biology, biotechnology, translational medicine, and plant breeding, he leads RAM&MER with precision, integrity, and a relentless commitment to authenticity.
His expertise spans scientific product classification, regulatory compliance, and digital infrastructure—ensuring RAM&MER’s offerings are both technically sound and visually compelling. Known for his methodical, compartmentalized approach, Dr Radman blends academic rigor with commercial pragmatism, overseeing everything from product formulation to visual branding with hands-on precision.

Dr Mehrnoosh Moghaddar — Founder, Chief Scientific Officer & Company Secretary
Dr Mehrnoosh Moghaddar, Multidisciplinary Scientist, is the Chief Scientific Officer and Company Secretary of RAM&MER Pty. Ltd., where she brings over two decades of cross-sector expertise spanning sustainable agriculture, medical biotechnology, and regenerative medicine with Visionary Leadership. Dr Moghaddar pioneered sustainable greenhouse systems and mushroom production while fostering community-based agribusiness models.
Her academic journey continued with a second Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology from the University of Technology Sydney, followed by a Master’s in Medical Biotechnology and a PhD in tissue engineering and stem cell therapy from RMIT University.
At RAM&MER, Dr Moghaddar leads scientific strategy, regulatory alignment, and cross-disciplinary innovation. Her leadership reflects a deep commitment to ethical science, translational impact, and the empowerment of future generations through education and enterprise.
